Executive Summary
Many regions in Africa are facing detrimental effects due to climate change such as water scarcity. In this experiment, we planted radish seeds in 15 agar plates, each containing 3 seeds. The seeds were then watered with various concentrations of nitrate-containing water every day. Our goal was to determine whether runoff water containing nitrate from fertilizer can be used in radish growth, therefore, conserving clean drinking water in Africa.
