Executive Summary

In my communication product, the goal was to reach the current and future patients who suffer from bone disorders and their families. Specifically, my thesis work is aimed at understanding the environmental/molecular interactions that occur that affect bone deposition and remodeling. Bone deposition and remodeling are processes involved in human bone disorders which millions of patients across the globe currently suffer from. My immediate objective was to communicate to said non-scientific stakeholders for them to gain more knowledge regarding bone development and disorder so that they would be more apt to support continued research in this field.
