A New Day for iCons

UMass iCons 12th Cohort Orientation | December 4, 2021

On December 4, 2021, the UMass iCons Program launched the 12th cohort – the largest and most diverse cohort in the program’s history. And for the first time, the UMass iCons Program welcomed students from across the Isenberg School of Management. All told, the 12th cohort boasts 73 students from 25 majors in 5 UMass schools & colleges, with 61% of students identifying as BIPOC.

The UMass Amherst iCons Program is pleased to announce the selection of Professor Wei Fan as the 2021-2022 iCons Teaching Fellow. The award brings new faculty members to the iCons Program, relying on student nominations to bring great candidates forward. iCons Teaching Fellows teach one iCons course for 2-3 years and receive professional development funding for the duration of the fellowship.

iCons Teaching Fellowship - Call for Nominations

UMass iCons Program

The UMass iCons Program invites nominations of UMass faculty for its iCons Teaching Fellowship.

The iCons Teaching Fellows are selected to teach one iCons course for 2-3 years and receive professional development funding for the duration of the fellowship. Faculty may be nominated for the iCons Teaching Fellowship by current iCons students, by their departmental head or chair, by colleagues, or by self-nomination. Nominated instructors will be notified with additional information about the fellowship.
