Executive Summary 

My broad audience communication product is a brochure aimed at convincing cat owners to keep their cats indoors to protect both the wellbeing of their pets and our local wildlife, particularly birds. The brochure explains that outdoor cats, as non-native predators, are the single greatest human-related contributor to bird population declines in North America. The brochure further explains the increased health risks faced by outdoor cats and the benefits of having an indoor cat, concluding with tips for a safe and happy indoor cat
