Using Bacteria to Beat Infections
Executive Summary 

We use antibiotics to treat infections, but antibiotics are becoming less effective as infections are finding ways to outsmart them. This podcast describes one exciting possible solution: using special proteins produced by bacteria, called bacteriocins, to kill infections. We will discuss what bacteriocins are, and why they may be a promising alternative to antibiotics.
