Executive Summary

My broad audience communication product focused on how the lack of sleep in mothers can not only impact their health, but has potential consequences on their infants health as well. I chose to create social media posts because social media is rapidly becoming an information and resource hub, and I wanted to reach as many moms as possible. The goal of my product is to inform mothers on the effects that not getting enough sleep can have and provide tips and resources for improving their quality of sleep post-partum.
