We hope that you will join us for the Eight Annual iCons Senior Exposition on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, 3:30-5:30 pm. We are proud to share that this year’s Senior Expo features our largest graduating class - the 8th cohort – also known as the eighth color. Seniors will be presenting their research projects on one of today’s pressing problems in health, sustainability, disease, and the environment. The event will also feature three student keynote research presentations:

  • Joshua McGee (Chemical Engineering) | Microfluidics for Nanoparticle Synthesis, Purification, and Characterization
  • Josiane Rosario (Environmental Science) | Analyzing Climate Change via Lake Sediments in Svalbard
  • Miranda Boudreau (Psychology and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology) | Sex, Drugs, and Mental Health: Relationship between Adolescent’s Problems and Health Risk Behaviors

Check out the program for the full list of student presentations.

Registration is now closed. Please email iCons if you want to attend.
RSVP today. The Zoom link will be sent to all those that register before the event.

Immediately following, join us to hear a few words from our special guests, Bob Mahoney '70 and Robert (Bob) Langer, honor the awardees of the Mahoney Alumni Award, the Crowley-Nowick Scholarship, and the Crowley-Nowick Award for iCons Student Leadership & Philanthropy and "raise a glass" to celebrate the accomplishments of our iCons seniors!

We hope to see you there to celebrate this remarkable event in the history of the UMass iCons Program.
