Kurt learned the importance of breaking down "silos" and establishing multidisciplinary collaborations and continues to do this as he takes his aspirations to become a surgeon to Yale University. Kurt is a proud member of iCAN and has enjoyed being on the alumni panels for many of iCAN's events, including iCAN Get a Job! and the iCons Survival Guide.
