UMass iCons Fall Workshop

Join us for the annual event --- The UMass iCons Fall Workshop --- that brings the entire UMass iCons community together around a critical issue. This year the critical issue is:

Title: "Mission Impossible: Designing Drugs for Challenging Targets"

We are pleased to host Dr. Woody Sherman, Chief Science Officer for Silicon Therapeutics, an innovative company in this space headquartered in both Boston, MA and Suzhou, China. Dr. Sherman will run an iCons-like case study on drug design: sharing information on public health and biochemistry aspects of the problem, challenging students to come up with novel solutions, and then sharing the Silicon Therapeutics solution strategy. It will be a fascinating evening of interdisciplinary science in service of solving a real-world problem.
